I'm a Portuguese-trained psychologist with over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy, neuropsychology, Schema Therapy and EMDR. Based in Munich for 10+ years, supporting adults and families—especially internationals—in achieving lasting emotional change and adaptation.

Jessica Posso
Originally from France, I began my journey in Germany in 2013, studying psychology while working as a language teacher. After gaining experience in leading German mental health clinics and opening a private practice in Munich, I moved to Prague in 2025. Today, I work with expats worldwide, offering an integrative, trauma-informed approach shaped by international clinical experience and ongoing professional training.
