Relationship Therapy in Munich

Strengthening communication, trust and emotional connection is at the heart of relationship therapy. Whether you come as a couple or on your own, we work on the patterns that leave you feeling distant, misunderstood or stuck in the same arguments — and help you rebuild closeness on more honest, secure foundations.

Signs to watch for

  • The same arguments on repeat, with no resolution
  • Feeling distant, unheard or taken for granted
  • Erosion of trust after conflict, betrayal or distance
  • Difficulty expressing needs without conflict or withdrawal
  • Navigating a cross-cultural or long-distance relationship

How we work

We draw on emotion-focused and schema-based methods to slow down the cycles that keep you stuck and to make the needs underneath them speakable. The work is practical — better communication, repair after rupture — and deeper, reaching the attachment patterns each partner brings. You are welcome as a couple or individually, in whichever language feels most natural.

Common questions

Can I come on my own, without my partner?+

Yes. Individual work on relationships is common and effective — you can understand your part in the patterns and change how you show up, whether or not your partner ever joins.

Do you work with couples, not only individuals?+

Yes. We offer couples sessions as well as individual relationship work, in person in Munich or online.
