I spent 15 years in the high-pressure corridors of Investment, Insurance, and IT. On paper, my roles were Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Claims Specialist. In practice, I was a behavioral strategist.

Whether I was helping an individual navigate the psychological hurdles of a Long-Term Disability claim or coaching a technical team to overcome "blockers" as a Scrum Master, my work has always been about one thing: The Science of Human Action.

With a degree in Psychology and an advanced background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I am now transitioning my focus from corporate systems to personal transformations. I am bringing the precision of behavioral science out of the clinic and the boardroom and into your daily life.
