About Anna

Couples therapy helps partners understand the patterns they fall into, repair ruptures, and re-build trust and intimacy. Whether you are facing recurring conflict, a major life decision, or a moment of distance, therapy offers a structured, neutral space to slow down and listen well. Each couple has its own tempo, the shorter sessions may be more adequate.

You may be facing

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Communication and intimacy
  • Life transitions (parenthood, relocation, career)
  • Repair after rupture or affair
  • Separation and conscious uncoupling

The approach

Sessions integrate Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, schema-informed work on relational patterns and systemic interventions. Couples typically attend together; in some cases individual sessions are added.
