I trained as a clinical psychologist in France, completing my Licence, Maîtrise and Master's in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapies at Université Paris 8 — a route that combines research, more than 900 supervised placement hours and a formal training in integrative psychotherapy.
My clinical placements deliberately covered very different populations. I worked across six units of a French general hospital, then in a geronto-psychiatric clinic with severely depressed older adults at high suicide risk, and finally at Schön Klinik Roseneck in Bavaria, on two inpatient units treating adults and adolescents. Seeing psychological distress at those extremes taught me how differently the same difficulty can present depending on a person's age, culture and circumstances.
Since 2021 I have worked in independent practice — first in Munich, and since 2025 from a practice in the centre of Prague. Alongside my German and Czech clients I continue to see people online across Europe and beyond, in French and English.
Adult ADHD is my main area of specialisation. In 2024 I completed the DIU TDAH à tous les âges — an inter-university diploma in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD across the lifespan, run jointly by the University of Strasbourg, Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and the University of Lille — graduating with the distinction Mention Très bien.
Many of the adults I meet were never identified as children. They arrive having been treated for anxiety or depression for years without anyone asking why concentration, organisation and emotional regulation have always felt disproportionately hard. Careful assessment often reframes a lifetime of self-blame, and that reframing is frequently the most therapeutic part of the work.
You can read more about this on our ADHD support page.
My approach is integrative. Rather than applying one school of psychotherapy to everyone, I draw on the model that fits the person in front of me:
Assessment is a substantial part of my practice. I am trained in projective methods (Rorschach, T.A.T., Szondi, Patte Noire) and in cognitive assessment with the WAIS-IV, and I hold a further qualification in forensic psychological expertise, psychocriminology and victimology.
I recommend formal psychological assessment only when it will change something — clarifying an ADHD question, mapping personality functioning, or making sense of a picture that therapy alone has not resolved. It is never routine.
Having lived and worked in France, Germany and the Czech Republic, I know how much of psychological difficulty abroad is contextual rather than clinical: the language you cannot yet think in, the support network you left behind, the identity that does not quite translate. Therapy in your own language, with someone who has made the same moves, removes one layer of that effort.
I see clients online, in French and in English.
